- Recommending suitable vendors and preferential rates (e.g. caterer, baker, florist, officiant, photographer, videographer, musicians, stylist, etc.)
- Arrange vendor appointments and accompany you to vendors if applicable
- Contracts review and negotiations
- Manage all vendor required for your destination wedding
- Ceremony planning and coordination
- Providing information to obtain marriage license and assist with all paper work
- Wedding reception planning and coordination
- Menu selection assistance, tasting and details
- Budget management
- Planning wedding day itinerary
- Development of floor plans for the ceremony and reception areas
- Rehearsal or welcome party planning and coordination
Weddings Services Include
- Assistance with rehearsal dinner or welcome party arrangements
- Assist with guest accommodations such as hotel and transportation
- Creating and distributing wedding day itinerary to vendors
- Final vendor confirmations and distribution of driving directions
- Full wedding day coordination including two “day of wedding” coordinators if necessary
- Overseeing proper set-up of ceremony and reception locations
- Receiving deliveries and vendors
- Distribution of final payments to all vendors
- Collection of items before the wedding to be brought and set up on wedding day such as: candles, guest book, favors, toasting glasses, place cards, etc. Check list with planner.
- Ensuring proper placement of seating cards, wedding favors, programs, disposable cameras, etc.
- Greeting your guests and directing them to ceremony and reception area, including table’s assignment
- Ensuring musicians are cued for correct pace and timing
- Ensuring you and your bridal party are prepared for post-ceremony formal pictures
- Ensuring you and your groom are guests instead of managers
- Set-up dismantle of ceremony and reception locations
